Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and up to date.
• Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and performance tracking using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align digital marketing activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPL, engagement rates, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the construction sector.
• Handle online reputation management (ORM) through timely responses to reviews and social media interactions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic coordination.
• Good understanding of lead generation strategies in the real estate or construction domain.
• Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. (Added Advantage)
• Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience.
