1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Develop lead generation funnels tailored for property inquiries and conversions.
- Manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaign strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Track campaign ROI and ensure effective utilization of ad budgets.
2. Social Media Marketing
- Handle project-specific social media pages with consistent posting and engagement.
- Work with the creative team to develop property-focused content — including project teasers, walkthroughs, amenities highlights, and testimonial videos.
- Run targeted ads to drive awareness and lead generation in specific geographies.
3. SEO and Content Marketing
- Conduct keyword research relevant to property searches, locations, and real estate trends.
- Optimize landing pages and project websites for better visibility on Google Search.
- Coordinate with the content team to publish blogs and articles related to real estate investments, locality highlights, and project updates.
4. Analytics and Insights
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign performance.
- Analyze lead quality, source efficiency, and conversion rates to improve performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for the internal team and clients.
5. Email and WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute email drip campaigns for nurturing leads and updating prospects about launches, offers, and site visits.
- Integrate and manage WhatsApp marketing for project promotions and quick customer engagement.
6. Innovation and Collaboration
- Stay ahead of real estate marketing trends, ad formats, and creative ideas.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to develop visually compelling project campaigns, brochures, and walkthrough ads.
- Collaborate with the client servicing team to ensure campaign objectives are met.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing in civil field
Core Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead generation funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to project-specific requirements.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
