Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, meta tags, and URLs
  • Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Improve organic traffic and search engine rankings

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Manage daily social media activities including posts, stories, comments, and messages
  • Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and build an online community
  • Run social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and leads

3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Plan and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads
  • Perform keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance to achieve ROI
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

4. Meta & Google Ads Management

  • Create, manage, and optimise ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Develop ad creatives, ad copies, and landing page strategies
  • Track conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively

5. E-commerce Website & Inventory Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions on the e-commerce website
  • Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory
  • Ensure smooth online customer experience and order flow

6. Content & Campaign Support

  • Coordinate with designers and content writers for marketing materials
  • Assist in planning promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyse performance metrics across all digital channels
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for management
  • Suggest improvements based on data and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and inventory management
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad managers
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
