Summary:
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team! You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for various digital platform.
- Craft engaging and informative blog posts, website copy, social media captions, and other content pieces aligned with brand voice and target audience.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content for all channels.
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and optimize company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) according to brand guidelines.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content (images, videos, text posts) to build brand awareness and community engagement.
Paid Advertising:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Ads, social media ads, etc.) based on marketing goals and target audience.
- Manage allocated advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and adjust strategies as needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports summarizing key metrics and insights, presenting them to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies.
Client Management & Communication:
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and proactively addressing questions or concerns.
- Schedule regular meetings or calls to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on campaign goals.
- Back up strategies and recommendations with relevant data and metrics to demonstrate the potential impact of your work.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed (email marketing, influencer outreach, etc.).
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams (sales, product) and external vendors.
- Participate in marketing meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication, data analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms, content management systems (WordPress), and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
