Responsibilities 1. CAMPAIGN EXECUTION • Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with approved plans. • Support campaign setup, targeting, scheduling, and coordination. • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with brand and messaging guidelines. 2. DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT • Support execution of social media, paid ads (Meta / Google), and email campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and report any issues or anomalies. • Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance feedback. 3. CONTENT & BRAND SUPPORT • Coordinate and create content including social media posts, basic visuals, and campaign materials. • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistency across channels. • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, quality, and messaging standards. 4. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & REPORTING • Track campaign metrics such as engagement, leads, and conversions. • Maintain simple reports and dashboards for internal tracking. • Support data collection and basic analysis for performance improvement. 5. VENDOR & COORDINATION SUPPORT • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely deliverables. • Follow up on tasks, timelines, and outputs. • Support validation of deliverables against requirements. 6. STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT • Work closely with internal teams to support marketing activities and campaigns. • Ensure alignment between marketing execution and operational priorities. 7. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & EXECUTION DISCIPLINE • Maintain high attention to detail and execution quality. • Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and reliability in task delivery. • Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
Requirements
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in marketing with hands-on execution exposure. • Experience in digital marketing platforms (social media, basic paid ads). • Familiarity with content creation tools and basic reporting. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Native Arabic, Fluent in English • Ability to work onsite in Riyadh.
