Job Summary

101 Electronics is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence for our retail eCommerce store. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital advertising, social media marketing, website traffic growth, and online sales generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Manage SEO and improve website ranking on search engines
• Handle social media pages, content posting, engagement, and promotions
• Run paid campaigns to increase website sales and leads
• Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and prepare performance reports
• Manage email marketing and customer retargeting campaigns
• Coordinate with graphic designer/content creator for ads and promotions
• Monitor competitors and market trends in electronics/appliances industry
• Improve conversion rate and customer acquisition strategies
• Maintain product promotions, banners, and offers on website

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing / eCommerce marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM
• Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / WordPress preferred
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and ROI goals

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design basics (Canva / Photoshop)
• Video marketing / short reels creation
• Knowledge of online retail trends in Pakistan
