Medcare MSO is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive for one of its clients. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead the development and launch of our digital presence from the ground up. This role will focus on building our website, establishing a strong online footprint, and driving lead generation through a combination of SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), paid media, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Website Development, SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Lead the end-to-end development and launch of the company website on WordPress
-
Structure content for AI-driven search platforms (GEO) including answer-first formatting, FAQs, and structured data
-
Optimize visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot
-
Implement and manage schema markup (FAQ, Article, Author, LocalBusiness)

Monitor and improve AI citation visibility and brand presence
-
Build topical authority through structured content clusters
-
Perform technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
-
Track performance via GA4, Search Console, and other tools
2. Local SEO
-
Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
-
Build and manage local citations
-
Implement geo-targeted keyword strategies (DFW region)
-
Manage reviews and local reputation
3. Paid Marketing (PPC)
-
Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
-
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI
-
Perform A/B testing and performance analysis
4. Content Strategy & Marketing
-
Plan and execute content strategy aligned with SEO and GEO
-
Create blogs, landing pages, and service pages
-
Develop lead magnets (guides, checklists, etc.)
-
Ensure content supports conversion and authority building
5. Social Media Management
-
Manage LinkedIn company page
-
Develop thought leadership content for leadership profiles
-
Maintain consistent social media presence
6. Email Marketing
-
Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences
-
Manage email lists and segmentation
-
Optimize engagement and conversions
7. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Design and optimize landing pages
-
Implement conversion-focused forms and CTAs
-
Integrate tools like Calendly for scheduling

Continuously improve conversion rate (CRO)
8. Testimonials & Social Proof

Collect and manage client testimonials
-
Develop case studies
-
Showcase social proof across website and campaigns
Requirements
-
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B or professional services)
-
Strong understanding of SEO + emerging GEO practices
-
Experience with WordPress website development and management
-
Familiarity with AI-driven search platforms and content structuring

Hands-on experience with paid campaigns and analytics tools

Strong communication and content planning skills
