Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, and online campaign management to help grow our eCommerce business and online presence. The ideal candidate should also have Graphic design skills for creating promotional banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.

Candidates with knowledge of C# / ASP.NET web development will have an added advantage.

This role focuses mainly on paid advertising, social media marketing, online sales growth, and creative campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns
  • Monitor ad performance, ROI, conversions, and campaign analytics
  • Create and manage remarketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Improve online sales, website traffic, and conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage company social media accounts and promotional campaigns
  • Create engaging captions, posts, and marketing content
  • Plan social media promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Increase brand awareness and customer engagement across platforms

Graphic Design & Creative Content

  • Design banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and social media posts
  • Create basic product and marketing visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
  • Update website and social media creatives regularly
  • Support branding and promotional activities with creative ideas

Website & eCommerce Support

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce website
  • Handle product listings, product updates, pricing, offers, and discounts
  • Update website banners, landing pages, and promotional content
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements and issue resolution
  • Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and optimized for sales
  • Support marketplace activities such as product promotions and campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Creative mindset with attention to design and branding
  • Good communication and reporting skills

Added Advantage

  • Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, or web development
  • Experience in eCommerce website marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising
  • Experience handling online advertising campaigns independently
