Job Summary

Elmond Online Educational Services (OPC) Private Limited is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in SEO, SMM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth for our EdTech operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
• Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for quality lead generation
• Conduct on-page & off-page SEO to improve search rankings
• Handle social media strategy, posting, and audience growth
• Analyze campaign performance and create weekly/monthly reports
• Work with the content and design teams to develop creatives and landing pages
• Track campaign metrics using tools like Analytics, Console, and Ads Manager
• Perform competitor analysis and execute strategies to improve ROI
• Manage remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization activities

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong working knowledge of:
• SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Social Media Management
• Practical experience with:
• Google Analytics / GA4
• Google Search Console
• Facebook Ads Manager
• Google Tag Manager
• Ability to analyze data & optimize campaigns
• Basic Canva and creative coordination skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead-gen campaigns
• Strong communication and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech or service-based industries
• Knowledge of landing page optimization
• Experience handling performance-driven campaigns
