We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with strong operational experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics to execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for our healthcare client — Smilex International Dental Centre, Pune.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive leads, appointments, and conversionsthrough integrated paid and organic channels, working closely with the strategy and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Execution (Google & Meta)
● Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Facebook/Instagram Lead Adscampaigns.
● Conduct daily performance monitoring (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and make bid/keyword adjustments.
● Write and test ad copies, extensions, and creatives for implants and aligner campaigns.
● Maintain optimal campaign structure — separate ad groups for Implants, Aligners, Local Pune targeting, etc.
● Run remarketing campaigns and manage custom audience lists.
● Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives (videos, static, carousel formats).
2. SEO & Content Optimization
● Execute on-page SEO updates (meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, page speed).
● Manage off-page SEO activities (local citations, backlinks, directory submissions).
● Work with the content team to publish AI Overview–based blogs and answer pages on topics like “blood in saliva after brushing” or “Invisalign cost Pune”.
● Track keyword performance via Search Console and prepare monthly ranking reports.
● Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) and encourage review generation.
3. Analytics & Reporting
● Implement and monitor tracking through Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
● Track conversion events (form fills, WhatsApp clicks, call button interactions).
● Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards showing campaign metrics and ROI.
● Report weekly and monthly KPIs — leads, traffic, cost-per-lead, and conversions.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
● Recommend website/UI improvements for higher appointment bookings.
● Add and test sticky CTAs, WhatsApp integration, and simplified forms.
● Conduct A/B tests for landing pages, headlines, and CTA buttons.
● Monitor user journey via heatmaps and analytics to improve lead flow.
5. Collaboration & Project Support
● Coordinate with the strategy head on campaign performance insights.
● Liaise with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
● Stay updated on Google Ads and SEO algorithm updates to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Tools
● Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) — must have strong optimization experience.
● Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager — lead generation & retargeting.
● SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner.
● Analytics Tools: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
● CRO Tools: Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity / Google Optimize.
● Basic Design Coordination: Canva / Figma (preferred).
● Strong Communication Skills — able to interpret data into actionable insights.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
● Google Ads Certification (preferred).
● Proven 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with a healthcare, SaaS, or service-based client.

Pay: ₹10,343.26 - ₹34,008.00 per month
