We're seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to primarily manage our social media presence while assisting with broader digital marketing activities.


Primary Responsibilities: Social Media Management 60%

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution

    • Manage daily posting and engagement across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
    • Create engaging social media content including graphics using pre-set templates
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
    • Track social media metrics and provide weekly performance reports
    • Grow follower base and engagement rates across all platforms


  • Content Creation for Social Channels

    • Design visually appealing posts using tools like Canva
    • Write compelling captions that drive engagement and brand awareness
    • Create social media content calendars and schedule posts using automation tools
    • Develop platform-specific content strategies for different audiences
    • Take ownership of industry communities & nurture regularly

Secondary Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Support 40%

  • SEO & Content Optimization

    • Assist with keyword research and SEO optimization
    • Support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) / AI SEO strategies
    • Help optimize website content and blog posts for search engines
    • Support content performance analysis and reporting Content Strategy Support
    • Assist in developing annual/quarterly/monthly calendars
    • Help create blog posts, email content, and marketing materials
    • Use AI tools for content creation and optimization
    • Support webinar promotion and event marketing activities
  • Marketing Functions Assistance

    • Support HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
    • Assist with email campaign setup and monitoring
    • Create landing pages, microsites using no-code platforms and work on conversion rate optimization
    • Support campaign performance tracking and analysis

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

    • Marketing Experience: 1-2 years in digital marketing, social media, or related field
    • Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of major social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Content Creation: Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva)
    • Writing Skills: Good written communication with ability to create engaging social media content
    • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with marketing tools and platforms
    • Analytics Mindset: Interest in tracking metrics and understanding performance data
    • Agency background preferred

Educational Background

    • Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media management (preferred)
