Job Opportunity: Social Media & ECO4 Ads Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & ECO4 Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing our digital presence and running targeted advertising campaigns to promote our services under the ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation) scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms
• Create engaging posts, graphics, and video content to attract and convert audiences
• Develop and run paid advertising campaigns specifically for ECO4 services
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for maximum reach and ROI
• Work closely with the compliance and installation teams to ensure all marketing materials align with ECO4 guidelines
• Report regularly on campaign performance and suggest improvements

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising
• Understanding of the ECO4 scheme or previous experience promoting energy efficiency/green initiatives (preferred)
• Strong creative skills with knowledge of content design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Ability to track campaign metrics and deliver data-driven insights
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once
