We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive cum Digital Marketing Executive (Female Only) to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both sales and digital marketing, with the ability to manage client relationships and run effective online campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage social media content, posting schedules, and engagement
• Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Assist in SEO and SEM efforts to improve online visibility
• Create marketing content such as banners, emails, and blog posts

Sales Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges
• Stock replenishment and inventory support.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirements)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
