Digital Marketing Executive (Female)

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s online marketing activities. The candidate will manage social media, content, SEO, paid ads, and analytics to improve brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content: posts, captions, graphics (basic), blogs, and newsletters.
• Set up and monitor Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Assist with basic SEO: keyword research, meta tags, on-page optimization.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and Insights.
• Track leads and coordinate with the sales team.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital trends.
• Coordinate with influencers and local partners when required.
• Maintain and follow brand guidelines across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills (English & Hindi).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Google Ads / Facebook Ads certifications.
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and short-video editing (Reels).
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot).
