We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Service and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently while contributing to digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Assist in developing and executing basic digital marketing strategies.
Manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
Help monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.
Use tools like Google Ads, SEO platforms, or email marketing tools to support campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong phone and listening skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
Multi-tasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Marketing Skills (Basic):
Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
Understanding of digital marketing principles (e.g., SEO, email marketing).
Knowledge of content creation or graphic design tools (a plus).
Additional Skills:
Advance computer proficiency.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking to assess customer and market needs.

Salary: From AED 3,000.00 per month
Location: Dubai (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.)
