Job Description

OZ Group is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of generating leads, improving ROAS, and managing paid advertising campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Create audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
• Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
