We are seeking a creative, proactive, and strong communicator, a Digital Marketing Executive/Graphic Designer, to oversee digital marketing activities, social media presence, and visual content creation. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine marketing strategy, graphic design, and social media management to build strong brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
• Manage and grow company social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Create high-quality graphic designs for posts, ads, banners, and promotional materials
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and branding goals
• Write engaging captions, ad copies, and communication content
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and online interactions
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms
• Active participation in Internal and external communications, including employer branding

Skills & Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Should have Photography knowledge/interest
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to create engaging visual content, captions, and ad copies
• Experience in managing content calendars and campaigns
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Any Degree / Diploma (Marketing or Design preferred)
