Digital Marketing Executive (Healthcare & Aesthetics)

With a growing brand presence and a strong commitment to innovation, patient care, and excellence, we are expanding our marketing team to strengthen our digital footprint and drive revenue growth.

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Digital Marketing Executive who is strategic, data-driven, and creative — capable of managing all aspects of digital marketing and online branding from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote medical and aesthetic services.
  • Oversee and maintain the company website (front-end & back-end) — ensure functionality, SEO optimization, and regular updates.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms to drive leads and conversions.
  • Manage SEO (on-page & off-page) to improve organic ranking, keyword visibility, and website traffic.
  • Handle SMM (Social Media Management) — create engaging posts, schedule content, and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all platforms.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, engagement rate, lead conversion) and prepare detailed monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to align campaigns with clinic goals, promotions, and service launches.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and digital trends in the UAE healthcare and aesthetic industry.
  • Manage e-mail marketing campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and retargeting strategies for patient engagement.
  • Create content briefs, landing pages, and ad copies optimized for conversion.
  • Take full ownership of the clinic’s online reputation and digital brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role in the healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and WordPress (front-end & back-end management).
  • Experience in developing and managing high-converting digital campaigns for patient acquisition.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps) is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare market and patient behavior trends preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
