Role Description

Experience: 1–2 years in Digital Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our hotel’s online presence and drive brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • Develop media plans to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Manage Meta Ads , including campaign setup, targeting, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Oversee social media management – posting, community engagement, content scheduling, and brand alignment.
  • Support content strategy , including ideation for posts, reels, website updates, and promotional content.
  • Conduct performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to promote hotel offers, events, and F&B initiatives.
  • Monitor online reviews and support reputation management .
  • Assist in managing website SEO/SEM to improve visibility and traffic.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Creative mindset with basic content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
