Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage all aspects of our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and execute innovative digital campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage social media marketing — content creation, engagement, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
• Oversee SEO activities including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and automation flows.
• Monitor and analyse web traffic and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Report on campaign performance and ROI based on defined KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget.
• Guide and support junior marketing team members when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6 months plus of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven skills in SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
