Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for client acquisition.
• Lead data research and prospect building from online portals.
• Drive client acquisition via digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, targeted campaigns).
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare MIS dashboards.
• Train and guide junior executives in data handling and digital marketing.
• Innovate with AI tools for marketing, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing and client acquisition.
• Strong track record of lead generation and client acquisition through digital platforms.
• Proficient in LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• AI-curious – comfortable adopting AI/automation tools for business growth.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling end-to-end marketing and business development independently.
