Job Summary- Digital Marketing Executive (Male Arab)

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our abaya fashion brand. The ideal candidate will develop digital marketing strategies, manage social media and advertising campaigns, increase brand awareness, drive online sales, and engage with our target audience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for abaya collections, promotions, and seasonal launches.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Create and schedule engaging content in collaboration with the content creation team.
• Run paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Optimize website traffic, online sales, and customer engagement strategies.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Develop email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research on fashion trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Support SEO and website content optimization efforts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred.
• Should be Available in Qatar with Valid QID + NOC to change sponsorship
• Minimum 2 to 3yrs proven experience in digital marketing, fashion marketing, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and content scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate insights.
• Fluent in Arabic and/or English.
• Graphic design and basic video editing knowledge.
• Influencer marketing experience.
• Understanding of e-commerce and online customer behavior
