Digital Marketing Executive - Marketplace Ads

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across marketplaces.
• Set monthly, category-wise, and SKU-level advertising budgets aligned with sales targets and ROI goals.
• Optimize conversion rates through targeted campaigns, promotional offers, and strategic discount planning.
• Manage the overall e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across different channels and marketplaces.
• Track expenditures regularly and ensure campaigns remain within the allocated budget while maximizing results.
• Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
• Identify high-performing SKUs and scale campaigns strategically.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns during marketplace sale events and mega sale periods.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with listings, catalog, and design teams to improve creatives and product pages for better ad performance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Continuously optimize ad spends to improve profitability and reduce wasted spend.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in managing and controlling digital marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and sales funnels.
• Ability to plan and execute high-impact marketplace sale campaigns.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Min - 4yrs of experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
