About You:

The Arabic-Led Growth Driver. You’re a strategic, Arabic-first storyteller who lives at the intersection of creativity and performance. You can craft thumb-stopping content, build data-driven campaigns, and translate insights into action across social, search, and paid media. You understand UAE, GCC culture and nuance, and you’re comfortable switching between Arabic and English to deliver brand messages that resonate and convert.

Your Daily Adventures:

Strategy & Planning

  • Build channel strategies (Arabic & English) aligned to client objectives across social, search, and web.
  • Develop content calendars and campaign roadmaps with clear goals, KPIs, and testing plans.
  • Conduct audience, competitor, and trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Content & Campaigns

  • Write and localize high-impact Arabic copy for social posts, ads, landing pages, email, and short-form video.
  • Brief designers and editors; collaborate on creative concepts and storylines that fit platform best practices.
  • Launch integrated campaigns across paid/owned/earned channels and optimize for performance.

Social Media & Community

  • Manage Arabic social accounts end-to-end: scheduling, publishing, moderation, and community engagement.
  • Build relationships with creators/influencers; support outreach, briefs, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor sentiment and escalate insights to improve brand voice and responsiveness.

Performance & Analytics

  • Set up tracking (UTMs/pixels) and dashboards; monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and retention.
  • Run A/B tests on creative, copy, audience, and placements; iterate fast on what works.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

SEO/SEM & Web

  • Conduct keyword research (Arabic & English); support on-page SEO and content optimization.
  • Coordinate SEM campaigns (Google/Microsoft) including ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment.
  • Partner with web teams to improve conversion paths and page performance.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Lead client check-ins, present results, and align on next steps.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration to ship on time and at quality.
  • Uphold brand guidelines while adapting to platform culture and local sensitivities.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing within agency or brand-side roles.
  • Proven Arabic copywriting across social, ads, and web; portfolio/examples required.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics/GA4.
  • Experience with social scheduling and listening tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Emplifi) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, UTM tracking, and basic HTML/CMS is a bonus.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills; comfortable leading reviews and workshops.
  • Familiarity with UAE, GCC market trends, platforms, and cultural considerations.
  • Nice-to-have: Basic design/video editing skills to ship quick tests.
