- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversions
- Manage social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement during night shift hours
- Perform SEO & basic SEM activities including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and lead generation metrics
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with global digital marketing trends
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management (US/International market support)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts & performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword tools, and content optimization
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, landing pages, and conversion tracking is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines during night shift
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with US/International market trends is an advantage
