We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with service industry experience and strong expertise in lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Create and manage ad copies, creatives, targeting strategies, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.

Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance.

Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page optimization.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital platforms.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Up to 2.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (service industry preferred).

Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve performance issues.

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
