Source Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative marketing solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join us.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
• Handle social media content creation, posting, and engagement
• Create engaging marketing materials, property descriptions, and promotional content
• Manage CRM, portals, and maintain listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other platforms
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads and track campaign performance
• Optimize SEO and enhance online presence for the company website and listings
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports
• Assist in branding, graphic design, and video editing when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of Digital Marketing experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of social media ads, Google Ads, and lead generation techniques
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with CRM tools, property portals, and basic graphic design
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SEO and website content optimization
• Must be currently in Dubai
