Job Type: Full-Time Office-Based Salary + Incentives (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in social media management, Google Ads, content creation, and professional video shooting & editing — preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting)
• Shoot professional property photos & videos (indoor/outdoor)
• Edit videos using professional software (Reels, YouTube content, Ads videos, Corporate videos)
• Design marketing materials (posts, stories, brochures — basic level accepted)
• Monitor campaign results and optimize for best performance
• Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads
• Stay updated on latest real estate trends & digital marketing strategies
• Manage company branding and online reputation

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Strong experience in:
• Social Media Management
• Google Ads
• Video Shooting & Editing
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut
• Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)
• Meta Business Manager (advantage)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
