Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & E-Commerce Manager to handle our digital presence and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and post daily video content on:
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Facebook
• Manage and grow all social media accounts
• Create engaging video scripts and content ideas
• Plan and execute a complete monthly content calendar
• Research new trends, viral topics, and platform strategies
• Use AI tools for video creation, scripting, and content planning
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
• Social Media Platforms
• Google Ads
• Manage and optimize Google My Business (posts, updates, optimization)
• Handle and update the company website
• Track performance, analyze results, and improve engagement and sales

E-Commerce Knowledge Required

• Amazon Seller Central (Seller Account Management)
• Noon Partner Platform
• Product marketing and online sales strategy
• Managing product listings, promotions, and performance optimization

Perfume Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of perfumes and fragrances
• Knowledge of fragrance types (EDP, EDT, Parfum, etc.)
• Ability to create content highlighting notes, longevity, projection, and usage
• Experience marketing perfume products online
• Understanding of perfume trends and customer preferences

Language Requirements

• Arabic: Basic communication level
• Somali: Basic communication level

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year proven experience (less than 1 year will NOT be considered)
• Strong video editing skills
• Experience with daily content posting
• Knowledge and hands-on use of AI tools for content creation
• Experience with Google Ads & Google My Business
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage tasks independently
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
• Experience managing both social media and e-commerce platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
