Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and supporting the sales team by coordinating with clients and assisting in tour operations.
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Develop, plan, and execute social media marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and ad content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Design visually appealing posters, videos, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Manage social media pages, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure consistent online activity.
Monitor analytics and engagement data to optimize marketing performance.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Handle client inquiries through social media, phone, and walk-ins.
Promote tour packages and travel services to prospective customers.
Coordinate with clients for itinerary customization, bookings, and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.
Tour Coordination
Support tour planning and logistics coordination.
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and local guides for smooth operations.
Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or travel & tourism sales.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business tools.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Passion for travel and creativity in marketing travel experiences.
Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team.
Preferred Experience:
Prior work experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
Basic understanding of SEO and online advertising (Google Ads / Meta Ads).
Experience with CRM or booking management systems.
Compensation:
