Job description / Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing activities. This hybrid role combines both on-site and remote work, offering flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends.
- Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update company social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement).
- Assist in running digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms.
- Optimize SEO/SEM activities to boost visibility and performance.
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Maintain and update company website.
Content Creation
- Create marketing materials including posts, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and ad copies.
- Write, edit, and proofread content for online and offline use.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Support lead generation campaigns and follow-up funnels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain marketing calendars, project lists, and team timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Manage the assigned teams, customer coordination, and asset preparation.
- Content writing for social media platform.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
