Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive – Iceberg Technologies, Pondicherry

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Iceberg Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, content creation, and social media management, with strong proficiency in both Tamil and English.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools
• Expertise in creating and managing ad campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Ability to create engaging content in both Tamil and English
• Experience in social media page management, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in content marketing, SEO, or paid ads is a plus
• Knowledge of Canva for designing creative visuals is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Handle social media pages professionally: create posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and ad campaigns
• Analyze and report campaign results with actionable insights
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing
