Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & SMO Specialist) with expertise in YouTube video editing, social media management, and Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Manage & grow Instagram, Facebook & YouTube channels
• Plan and post daily creative content, reels, shorts & stories
• Improve reach, engagement & followers using SMO techniques
• Handle community engagement — comments, replies & audience interaction

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research & on-page optimization
• Optimize YouTube videos & website/blog content for SEO
• Improve ranking using link-building & technical SEO basics
• Track keyword ranking & prepare SEO performance reports

Paid Marketing

• Plan and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation & brand awareness
• Optimize ad performance based on budget, targeting & analytics
• A/B testing for creatives & campaign strategies

Video & Content Creation

• Edit YouTube videos, shorts & reels
• Design creatives using Canva / Photoshop
• Create attractive thumbnails & captions for YouTube and social media

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience in SEO + SMO + Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of YouTube video editing & channel optimization
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics / Search Console
• Ability to analyze reports & improve performance KPIs

Tools Expertise (Preferred)

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Filmora / CapCut
• Canva / Photoshop
• YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite
• SEO Tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest — preferred but not mandatory)
