Digital Marketing Expert (B2B Lead Generation – US Market) | Paid Ads + Funnels

We’re hiring a digital marketer who can generate pipeline — not just run campaigns.

If you know how to turn ad spend into booked calls and clients, this role is for you.
If you just “manage social media,” this is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Create ad creatives, captions and hooks for Instagram & Facebook
  • Build and optimize funnels for lead generation (landing page → booking → follow-up)
  • Generate qualified leads for US-based B2B services
  • Improve CPL, conversion rates, and booked call volume
  • Set up tracking (pixels, events, attribution)
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and funnels
  • Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality
  • Manage tools like CRM, email automation, and retargeting systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven results generating leads (show numbers, not claims)
  • Experience with:
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Funnel tools (ClickFunnels, Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
  • CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Email tools (ActiveCampaign, Instantly, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation for US market
  • Fluent English (you’ll write copy and collaborate with sales)
  • Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers
  • Self-starter — you test, iterate, and improve without being told

Compensation & Perks

  • Base: PKR 60,000 – 100,000/month
  • Direct impact on company growth

  • You’ve never managed ad budgets yourself
  • You can’t explain cost per lead or conversion rate
  • You rely on “boosted posts” instead of real campaigns
  • You’ve never worked with funnels or landing pages
  • You need step-by-step instructions for everything
