About the Role:

Sprouto is seeking a Digital Marketing Expert (Growth Marketer) to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth. This role combines strategy, creativity, and data analysis to optimize campaigns across SEO, social media, paid media, email marketing, and content, generating leads and boosting conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage social media accounts and grow engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO, speed, and conversion.
  • Execute email marketing, automation, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads.

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, impressions, and conversions.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console to measure campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through regular reporting.

3. Content & Branding

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support content creation for blogs, social media, website, and ads following SEO best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

4. Optimization & Growth

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Identify new digital channels and techniques to accelerate growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in SEO, paid media, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of funnels, lead generation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
