About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and motivated Digital Marketing Expert to join our in-house marketing team. This is an entry-level, full-time onsite role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, even at a basic level.
You will work directly with a senior marketer and support campaign setup, optimization, content/ad creation, and reporting across Meta platforms.
Knowledge of Google Ads is a plus, but the primary focus of this role is Meta/Facebook advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, launching, and managing Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns (Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Retargeting, etc.)
• Support audience research, interest targeting, and ad structuring
• Help create and edit ad creatives (images, carousels, basic video edits)
• Write basic ad copy aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Make optimization recommendations under supervision to improve results
• Assist with Meta Pixel setup, custom conversions, event testing, and tracking
• Conduct competitor analysis and present insights to the team
• Work with designers/content creators for creative asset development

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads
• Understanding of ad metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, frequency, reach, etc.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising
• Basic creative skills (Canva, simple design/video tools)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Ability to follow structured workflows and instructions
• Google Ads or Meta Certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Islamabad, DHA Phase-I (Onsite)
• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Must be able to commute or relocate to DHA Phase-I prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience with Meta Ads (internship, freelance projects, or coursework)
• Basic understanding of creative testing and campaign structuring
• Knowledge of Google Ads is a bonus
• Willingness to build a long-term career in digital performance marketing
