Digital Marketing Expert (Meta & Google Ads)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert with proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI and lead quality
• Develop audience targeting strategies, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and campaign structures
• Monitor daily campaign performance and provide optimization insights
• Track conversions, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports
• Coordinate with sales and management to align marketing objectives
• Manage landing pages, tracking pixels, and conversion events
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert / Performance Marketer
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation campaigns (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
• Knowledge of tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, GTM
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong copy and ad strategy skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are an advantage
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to join immediately.
