Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to teach, mentor, and guide students in various aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience, up-to-date industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and/or online training in digital marketing concepts
• Teach core modules including:
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• SEM / Google Ads
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Content Marketing & Copywriting
• Email Marketing
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Design lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises
• Guide students on live projects, case studies, and campaigns
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assessments
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Provide career guidance and interview preparation support to students
• Maintain training records and reports as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) preferred
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (or as required)
• Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
