Digital Marketing Specialist – Google Ads & SEO
Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in both Google Ads and SEO to drive qualified leads, improve online visibility, and maximize ROI across our digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, hands-on experience managing ad budgets, and a solid grasp of SEO best practices for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads (PPC Management):
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.
- Write effective ad copies and coordinate with design teams for creative assets.
- Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize for better ROI.
- Set up conversion tracking, retargeting campaigns, and Google Tag Manager integrations.
- Manage budgets and deliver data-driven performance reports weekly or monthly.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to increase organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword mapping and optimize website content, metadata, and structure.
- Develop and execute link-building and content outreach strategies.
- Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and crawl issues via Search Console.
- Collaborate with web and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Key Skills & Tools:
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console
- SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar
- Excellent understanding of CPC, CTR, CPA, and SEO KPIs
- Strong analytical, reporting, and copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Familiarity with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn) is an added advantage
