Job Description/What You’ll Do:

As our Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind

our digital personality and visual vibe. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

● Social Media Maestro: Rule our social media kingdom. Whether it’s crafting the

perfect TikTok, mastering the art of Instagram Reels, or engaging our community

on Snapchat and YouTube, you’re the one making it pop.

● Design Dynamo: Lead the charge in all things graphic design. From sleek website

visuals to eye-catching promotional material, your designs aren’t just

seen, they’re remembered.

● Content Captain: Weave compelling stories and create buzzworthy content that

speaks to both heart and mind. You’ll make sure our voice is not just heard, but

also resonates.

● Analytics Ace: Dive deep into data and emerge with insights that steer our

strategies towards uncharted territories of success.

● Email Evangelist: Send emails that people not only open but actually look

forward to receiving.

Who You Are:

A digital prodigy with a knack for nifty designs and a heart for sustainable causes.

Savvy with Adobe Creative Suite and as comfortable with Google Ads as you are with a

good cup of coffee.

● A social media virtuoso who knows the ins and outs of all platforms and can

shoot and edit video content that dazzles.

● Must also be able to capture high quality photos and videos at company and

marketing events for use in dynamic content creation

● AI-savvy ; you know how to tap into the power of AI tools to spark ideas,

streamline content creation, and elevate marketing campaigns from good to

unforgettable.

● An analytic mind that’s all about the numbers but also understands that creativity

isn’t just art, it’s strategy.

● You’ve got a way with words and can craft content that captures and converts.

Qualifications:

● Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or

the equivalent magic potion of experience and talent.

● At least 2 years turning digital marketing and design ideas into gold.

● You have an eye for attention to details

Language Requirements:

● Fluent in English (written and spoken)

● Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
