Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer with 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and creative graphic design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding, online marketing, and creating visually compelling content that drives engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms
• Create engaging graphic designs for social media posts, banners, posters, ads, and branding materials
• Manage and optimize social media accounts (content planning, posting, and performance tracking)
• Assist in SEO, SEM, and paid ad campaigns to improve online visibility
• Design marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar
• Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and ad campaigns
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools is a plus
• Strong creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and time management skills
