Job Overview

We’re bringing in a creative intern to work across digital marketing, design, and video content. This is a hands-on role inside a fast-moving real estate marketing setup in Dubai. You won’t be observing—you’ll be producing content that goes live and supports actual lead generation.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design marketing creatives for property listings and campaigns
• Edit and repurpose content for paid ads and organic growth
• Support daily digital marketing execution
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams
• Contribute ideas that shape content strategy

Skills Required

Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro), graphic design (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator), social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), understanding of digital marketing basics, ability to create ad-ready creatives and videos, creativity in storytelling, and strong execution mindset in a fast-paced environment.
