About the Internship
DancePhreakz is a dynamic dance and entertainment company producing shows, workshops, and creative media. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Graphic Design Intern to help bring our brand stories to life across social media, email, and web. This is an excellent opportunity for a current college student or recent graduate to gain real-world design and marketing experience, build a professional portfolio, and contribute to high-impact campaigns for a growing creative company.
What You’ll Do
- Create & Design
- Assist in designing graphics for social media, email campaigns, web banners, and digital ads.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Prepare templates and visual assets for upcoming events, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate & Learn
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for campaigns.
- Observe and learn how design decisions connect to analytics and engagement results.
- Content Production
- Prepare graphics for motion/video projects, short-form social media clips, and digital ads.
- Design newsletters, web banners, infographics, and other assets to support campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing photos or video shoots when needed.
- Support Campaigns
- Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, email).
- Assist with basic photo/video editing and asset organization.
- Help schedule and publish content when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years in experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is accepted in lieu off)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of digital design best practices.
- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn, take direction, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.26 per hour
