Role Objective:
To generate consistent, qualified inbound B2B leads for Bravura Advertising through strategic digital campaigns. The Digital Marketing Growth Manager will create demand for our products and ensure a continuous flow of sales opportunities to the field team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage LinkedIn & Google Ads lead-generation campaigns targeting UAE businesses.
· Build and maintain landing pages, email funnels, and retargeting ads for conversion
· Create monthly content calendars highlighting Bravura’s products and success stories.
· Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and conversion rates.
· Track performance through analytics dashboards and weekly reports.
· Coordinate closely with Sales Team to qualify leads and measure lead-to-sale conversions.
· Oversee SEO, website updates, and social media presence to boost organic reach.
· Research competitors’ online strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Performance Expectations:
· Generate minimum 40-50 qualified leads/month (decision-makers, not cold contacts).
· Maintain lead > conversion ratio of > 10%.
· Launch ≥ 2 new campaigns/month focused on key sectors (Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Events, Real Estate, etc.).
· Provide weekly campaign reports with actionable insights.
Candidate Profile:
· 3-5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing (preferably in branding, printing, or promotional industry).
· Proficient in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
· Strong understanding of conversion funnels and retargeting.
· Creative eye for campaign visuals, copy, and storytelling.
· Fluent in English with excellent written communication.
· Independent thinker, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days)
1. Launch and optimize LinkedIn + Google Ads campaigns.
2. Create 3-4 high-performing landing pages aligned to Bravura’s core verticals.
3. Build monthly lead-report dashboard and tracking system.
4. Generate ≥ 100 qualified leads in First 90 days.
