Parkview Pet Center is Doha’s leading full-service pet-care facility. Since 2011, we’ve grown from a veterinary clinic into a complete pet-care environment offering surgical medicine, grooming, boarding, retail and relocation services. We’re now building our in-house marketing team and looking for a seasoned leader to drive digital performance and client acquisition across all service
Role Purpose:
Drive measurable growth in new Pet-Owner clients and service uptake (vet care, grooming, boarding, retail) by owning digital advertising, analytics, and client-journey communications. You will report directly to the Managing Director and partner closely with operations, clinic staff, grooming teams, and retail personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-funnel digital campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for multiple service lines.
- Monitor and optimise KPIs: CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, new-client acquisition cost.
- Own conversion setup and analytics (GA4/Tag Manager, call tracking, booking flows).
- Manage Google Business Profile, local search visibility, review strategy.
- Coordinate creative production (static, video) and offline assets.
- Utilise our client/pet database for retention campaigns, retargeting, and lookalike modelling.
- Ensure budget discipline and campaign governance across service categories.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in paid media (Google & Meta) with performance results.
- Google Ads Certified (Search or Measurement) + demonstrable Meta Ads experience.
- Proven track record of driving client acquisition in service-oriented business (preferably multi-service).
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with GA4, Tag Manager, UTM/attribution modelling.
- Excellent English copywriting and messaging skills.
- Proven initiative: able to own and improve processes, creative, vendor coordination.
- Experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving small team environment.
