We are seeking a data-driven and creatively fueled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence. In the competitive Dubai aesthetic market, "good" isn't enough—we are looking for someone who can blend high-end visual storytelling with technical precision.
You will be responsible for the entire digital ecosystem: from filming trending cinematic content for Instagram and TikTok to managing high-budget performance campaigns on Google and Meta. The ideal candidate understands the "luxury" feel of an aesthetic clinic while maintaining a ruthless focus on ROI, lead generation, and patient retention.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Organic Growth
- Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing treatments, patient journeys, and "behind-the-scenes" clinic life.
- Community Management: Manage and grow organic reach across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok through strategic posting, hashtag research, and engagement.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of Dubai’s aesthetic trends. Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our clinic remains a leader in service offerings and digital presentation.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
- Lead Generation: Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) and Search/Display campaigns (Google Ads).
- Budget & ROI Management: Allocate monthly budgets effectively to ensure the lowest possible Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maintaining high lead quality.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
3. Technical SEO & Website Management
- SEO Strategy: Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to ensure the clinic ranks #1 for key aesthetic keywords in Dubai.
- Web Maintenance: Manage and update the clinic website (WordPress/Elementor), ensuring fast load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and "Apple-style" minimalist aesthetics.
- Copywriting: Write SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy that converts visitors into booked appointments.
4. Analytics, Tracking & Retargeting
- Advanced Tracking: Set up and manage GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track the full patient journey.
- Precision Retargeting: Implement sophisticated retargeting funnels to re-engage users who have visited the site or interacted with social content.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, and overall marketing spend efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within the Healthcare, Beauty, or Luxury Hospitality sectors in the UAE.
- Technical Stack: Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- Creative Suite: Strong skills in mobile video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere) and basic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Web Skills: Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Language: Native or professional-level English (Arabic is a major plus).
- Mindset: A "growth hacker" mentality—you are obsessed with data but have a keen eye for aesthetic beauty.
