About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all channels.
• Lead SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize marketing ROI and drive business growth.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve targets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams for campaign alignment.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and report to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a leadership focus.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and execute high-impact campaigns.
