Digital Marketing Head ( SEO Operations )

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our digital marketing and seo operations department. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO operations, digital marketing strategy, and a good understanding of IT and networking concepts.
This role requires someone who can manage the entire office operations, ensure project timelines, handle team coordination, and supervise technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all digital marketing functions, including SEO, social media, and branding.
• Ensure all departmental projects are completed on time and meet company standards.
• Lead and guide the all Team Leads; regularly review their reports and progress.
• Coordinate with management to align goals, strategies, and deliverables.
• Supervise all IT-related operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and network issues.
• Work closely with the IT/network team to resolve server, hosting, DNS, or website connectivity issues.
• Develop and implement strategies for overall company growth, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for CEO.
• Maintain a healthy office environment through effective leadership and communication.
• Stay updated with digital trends, SEO algorithm updates, and new marketing technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, IT, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency, with a strong grip on SEO operations.
• Understanding of basic networking, domain management, and hosting setups.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-departmental operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
