Job Description: Content Creator – Social Media

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Developer to manage and produce engaging social media content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with design and video tools (not limited to Canva), a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that drives engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and publish high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar for professional content creation.
• Create short-form videos, reels, carousels, infographics, and branded visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Optimize content for different platforms and audiences.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver content on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Designer / Video Editor.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut, or similar (Canva knowledge is a plus, not the only skill).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs and video editing skills.
• Understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics & animation.
• Experience with AI-based content tools (MidJourney, Runway, or similar).
• Photography & videography skills (nice to have).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,500.00 - ₹6,500.00 per month
