Full job description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and the company website.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of digital tools, online trends, and analytics, and be capable of managing both strategy and execution to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Coordinate with internal teams to design, launch, and analyze campaign performance.
• Optimize content for website and social media platforms to increase user engagement and conversion.

2. Social Media Marketing:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Develop and schedule engaging, creative content aligned with brand voice.
• Run paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), monitor performance, and report insights.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM:

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
• Monitor and improve organic search rankings and site performance.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and track ROI.

6. Analytics & Reporting:

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social insights to track campaign performance.
• Generate reports and insights to measure KPIs and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
